APR 2026 / Artists for the Earth

Exhibition: April 18 - May 9, 2026
Location:  Islip Arts Council Gallery, Bay Shore, NY
Eco-Fair: May 2 / 10:30am - 4pm
Reception: May 2 /  1 - 3pm

We live in a fast-paced society filled with influencers promoting excess consumerism, ongoing and new wars, deforestation and other environmental challenges. This exhibition seeks to inspire people to slow down, learn about the current strains on our planet, and find appreciation for our ever-changing biodiversity.

Islip Arts Council presents environmental themed work that sheds light on the current concerns of our planet’s ecosystems and works that recognize the beauty of our planet.
